Rachel Brogan

I am so pleased you’re here and that you’ve chosen to have a nosey.  Allow me to introduce me.  I am an accredited Relational Dynamics 1st Leadership and Life Coach with a passion for helping other people find their purpose and achieve personal growth.  I’m also a Freelance Writer living the dream in the beautiful, whitewashed village of Frigiliana, Costa Del Sol. In 2020, my husband passed away during the first UK lockdown.  Frigiliana was always my solace, my little piece of paradise.  Three months after his passing, I made the brave decision to return, to re-evaluate and to rejuvenate as I felt so utterly lost, helpless and alone.  Four years on, I am the proud owner of my very own Frigiliana Gin, D&B, founded with a close friend.  I am Consultant for Frigiliana Wellness and am about to return to the world of Coaching, my passion.  Fingers crossed, I might be just what you need…

More about me...

In my previous life, I was Executive Fellow of the London Theatre Consortium, Clore Leadership Fellow and Founder of, The Television Workshop Salford in association with Lime Pictures, ITV and the BBC.  Now I’m done showing off…First and foremost, I am a human being, who began as an actress aged 5 wanting to appear on stage and screen.  I went on to grace stages across the UK on National Theatre tours, there’s probably still a few terrible clips of me in Doctors and Casualty bobbing about on Youtube somewhere, I was never the best on telly, ha.  In 2005 I moved over to Directing, working extensively with major UK Theatres before being accepted onto the Clore Leadership Programme where I discovered the art of Coaching…

Part of our personal development on this training programme was the gift of personalised Coaching which is when I truly fell in love.  Learning about myself in the structured environment created by my Life Coach and founder of Relational Dynamics 1st, Deb Barnard was a God send.  I was completely out of my depth within the Cultural programme, small, scared and suffering from imposter syndrome.  My coaching identified my limiting beliefs, encouraged me to focus on my core strengths and gave me the support to carry on and smash it out of the park.  Subsequently, I decided to train as an RD1st Coach.  For 14 years I have delivered personal and Leadership Coaching for individuals and within the cultural industry.  Mentoring Fellows on both the Clore Leadership Programme and the Regional Theatre Directors Scheme.

I am passionate about offering my skills set and support back to my fellow man.  I genuinely believe it is what I’m here for.  I am living proof that holistic approaches to achieving inner health and wellness work.  Harnessing the power of one’s own mind is instrumental in living the life you deserve.  We can all be whoever we want to be because we have the innate ability to cultivate our health and happiness from within...
